Rachel
Founder
Rachel Huber spent close to a decade as Marketing Manager at Worley, one of Australia’s largest project delivery companies. She built and ran the regional marketing function across the WA business, working across brand, communications and BD for an organisation operating in some of the world’s most demanding industries.
Before that, she ran operations at the Perth centre for Regus, the global workspace business. Under her management, the Perth centre was named Australian Centre of the Year and Global Centre of the Year for the highest earnings growth across more than 950 business centres. That prompted her promotion to Coaching Operations Manager for the region, where she travelled to new locations, including Shenzhen in China, to get the people, processes and training of each new centre ready for launch before handing over to the local team.
Her background is commercial as much as it is creative. She understands how businesses are built, measured and carried through change, as well as how they are marketed.
In 2015, she founded Bare Digital. Her reason was straightforward: good businesses deserved better than overpriced agencies and DIY websites. Clients including Worley, FUZE and Melius Consulting have stayed with her for five to ten years. Today she works directly with principals, owner-operators and program teams in Perth and nationally, delivering websites, SEO, AI search, brand work and digital consulting. One point of contact across everything.
