For procurement-ready builds

Quality & assurance

When your clients are chasing ISO compliance, vendor onboarding gets stricter. We build sites with the quality controls, documentation and governance you need to feel confident internally and look credible externally.

What quality means in a Bare Digital web build

Quality is a stack of decisions and controls that make your website:

  • Clear: capability translated into simple, accurate messaging
  • Findable: structured for SEO and AI search
  • Fast and stable: engineered for performance, maintainability and scale
  • Secure: hardened with sensible access controls, cybersecurity software and monitoring

Our assurance standards

1) Information architecture and content structure

We build around how technical buyers actually evaluate capability.

  • Service and sector architecture that supports tenders, EOIs and referral-driven buying
  • Content patterns that help answer engines surface your expertise (Q&A blocks, FAQs where useful, schema-ready layouts)
  • Clear enquiry paths that support BD activity

2) Build quality and performance discipline

We care about polish, but we care more about what breaks at scale.

  • Mobile-first layout checks and cross-browser QA
  • Performance-focused build decisions (no bloated templates, no accidental complexity)

3) Security and resilience

Most website security problems come down to skipped fundamentals.

  • Practical hardening, access control and role management
  • Update and patch approach aligned to how small delivery teams actually operate
  • Backup and recovery options appropriate to business risk

4) Documentation, handover and accountability

A quality build includes a quality handover.

  • Launch checklist, redirect plan and go-live verification
  • Admin guidance so internal teams can update content confidently
  • Clear ownership boundaries (what we manage, what you manage and how changes are controlled)

5) Change control and continuous improvement

Websites are never finished. They either improve over time or quietly decay.

  • Structured approach to updates and enhancements
  • Ongoing optimisation options for SEO, AI search, content and enquiry paths
  • Reporting options suited to your requirements

Quality gates in every project

We run the work through defined checkpoints, so issues are caught early, not at launch.

  • Discovery and alignment (goals, audiences, decision makers, constraints)
  • Site structure and messaging (information architecture + key page frameworks)
  • Build and implementation (clean structure, performance-minded execution)
  • QA and review (responsive, functional, content and link checks)
  • Launch control (redirects, testing, monitoring setup)
  • Post-launch stabilisation (final fixes, performance review, next-step roadmap)

What you receive

Every project includes a practical set of artefacts you can use:

  • Launch checklist and verification summary
  • Admin guidance
  • Managed website hosting so that the website and software updates are managed in accordance with site software and vulnerability alerts

Supplier assurance pack

If you’re being asked to provide supplier evidence as part of ISO-aligned systems, governance reviews or vendor onboarding, we can provide a simple assurance pack that covers:

  • Delivery approach and quality controls
  • Security and access management overview
  • Hosting and data handling summary (where applicable)
  • Update, backup and recovery approach
  • Support and maintenance options

FAQ

Common questions about quality and assurance

Does Bare Digital provide documentation for vendor onboarding?

Yes. We can provide a supplier assurance pack that covers our delivery approach, quality controls, security and access management, hosting and data handling and update and backup processes. This is available on request for contracted clients going through ISO-aligned procurement or formal vendor assessment.

Every build runs through defined quality gates: discovery and alignment, information architecture, build and implementation, QA review, launch control and post-launch stabilisation. Issues are caught at each checkpoint rather than at go-live. You also receive a launch checklist, handover documentation and admin guidance as standard.

We apply practical hardening, access control and role management to every build. Software and plugin updates are managed in line with vulnerability alerts, and backup and recovery options are scoped to the business risk profile of each client. We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to security.

We build sites with the governance documentation and quality controls that ISO-aligned vendor onboarding typically requires. If your clients or internal procurement teams are asking for supplier evidence, we can provide the relevant documentation in a format that supports your submission.

Your website developer is the direct point of accountability on every project. There are no account managers or subcontracted project leads. If something is not right, you are talking to the person who built it.
