Our work / RMEM Engineering

Two websites for a mining and industrial engineering contractor

A contractor that stopped looking smaller than it was

RMEM Engineering needed a website that reflected the scale and credibility of their mining and industrial capability. We modernised their digital presence so buyers can quickly understand the services, the differentiators and why RMEM is a safe, in-house delivery partner.

A modern website shaped by a value proposition workshop and built for mining buyers

RMEM first engaged us in 2018 to modernise their existing website and bring their online presence in line with their operational capability. As the business evolved and expanded, they returned in 2022 for a broader redevelopment. It needed to better reflect enhanced service offerings and how RMEM wanted to be positioned in-market.

We facilitated a content development workshop with key team members so the new site carried the right message to the right people. That process worked to clarify customer pain points and sharpen service descriptions, and to articulate outcomes and differentiators in a way that resonates with procurement and technical stakeholders.

Structuring services and credibility signals for faster decision-making

With workshop insights in place we redesigned the website’s content structure to make RMEM’s core service lines easier to navigate and assess: mechanical, electrical and fabrication, with clear pathways into capability detail.

The site also reinforces trust quickly through tangible credibility cues. Those include RMEM’s mining and industrial track record and the scale of their facilities. The digital experience matches what clients see on the ground.
