A phased performance uplift, followed by a modern rebuild built for growth
We took over SMS Group Services’ existing website in 2021. The focus was the fundamentals that shape trust and enquiry: speed, site performance and security. From there we supported the business with ongoing improvements, adding new pages, refining existing content and updating layouts incrementally, so the site could keep pace with new services, new projects and changing buyer expectations.
In November 2025 we delivered a full website overhaul. We rebuilt on current software, developed a new theme and modern page layouts, then restructured content so users can get to the right information faster. The result is a sleeker, more contemporary platform that better reflects SMS’ scale and capability across industries.
Making proof and capability easier to navigate
For SMS the site works as a credibility tool. We implemented interactive filtering on projects and testimonials so buyers can quickly find relevant proof by client, service and sector.
We also introduced quicker on-page navigation patterns, for example “jump to” links on service pages, to reduce friction for time-poor stakeholders. We built additional pages to support clearer industry-sector targeting as SMS’ focus evolves. We finished with an interactive timeline celebrating the business milestone story and growth journey.
