Governance, production and platform on one contract
From 2015 to 2025, Bare ran end-to-end delivery for Worley’s invitation-only Industry Leadership Forum. The work covered governance, event production and the online member platform, plus communications to delegates and the steering committee. All of it under a single contract, with the same senior team throughout.

The digital backbone of the forum
A custom WordPress platform that handled member authentication, event registration, ticket payments and communications, plus a gated repository of session videos, presentation decks and event photography. Two complete iterations were delivered across the engagement, each shaped around how members used the platform between forums.

Why it ran for ten years
Ten years is rare in any agency relationship, and rarer in program work where most engagements run a single cycle. It held because senior people on both sides stayed close to it, the forum earned its place in the calendar each year, and the platform improved as the audience changed.
It ran as single-city events, then fully online forums, then hybrid hubs across four regions. While the delivery format changed year to year, the standard did not.
