Worley is a global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.
Since 2015, we’ve supported Worley through the management of the Industry Leadership Forum. This unique event series is sponsored by Worley and facilitated by a Steering Committee of senior leaders from some of the world’s largest mining, energy and infrastructure organisations.
These invitation-only events provide delegates, speakers and Steering Committee members with a safe space for sharing lessons and industry innovation, and enables collaboration between competitors and industries.
To facilitate delegate registrations, we built an event website with a custom ticketing and registration workflow to accommodate Worley’s accounts payable requirements.
We designed the platform with growth in mind. The ILF reached a milestone in 2021, with the main event being live cast simultaneously across venues in Brisbane, Perth, New Zealand and Singapore. In 2022, the series will expand further to incorporate European venues for the first time.
To enable locations to host their own, smaller events throughout the year, the platform includes front-end event creation with simplified administration workflows for fast deployment of local event ticketing sites with minimal training.
Speakers of the ILF21 Executive Panel, featuring senior leaders from Fortescue, Alcoa, Synergy, Water Corporation, Woodside, BP and more. Speakers presented onstage in our Perth and Brisbane event hubs and from virtual connections globally.
With the challenges of COVID impacting our delegates ability to travel, events utilise Bare’s ‘hybrid’ event model to enable virtual and in-person attendance.
Events are decentralised, resulting in numerous smaller events connected virtually, and engagement is possible between sites and online attendees thanks to video projections and online engagement tools.

With a website optimised for purpose, effective event management and a hybrid delivery model, the Forum is well-equipped for global expansion.
